The traditional game is a cultural activity contain not only cultural values but also as methods to create joyful learning. One of the traditional games that famous at Early Childhood Education is Ular Naga. Games of Ular Naga is a traditional game from Yogyakarta, Indonesia with specific activities such as singing, playing, dan dialogue. Within have some various activities and complicated this game can develop many aspects of early childhood. This study aims to know the benefit of traditional games of Ular Naga for early childhood teacher perspective in early childhood education. This research is qualitative research with early childhood teacher as the subject and to collecting the data with the interview, observation, and documentation. Validation data used triangulation technique. Analysis of data such as collected data, reduction data, display data and make a conclusion. The result shows that the majority of the teacher's perspective has the same argument that Ular Naga has the benefit of developing an aspect of the children such as gross motor skills with activities walking, running, catching, make a train, and make a line and social-emotional aspects with activities build cooperative within friends in the group. However the teacher not yet explanation holistically all the aspect that should be can develop from Ular Naga.

Traditional children play is a suitable physical activity for instructional mean in kindergarten. The research intends to develop Traditional Children Play based instructional model to optimize development of fundamental motor skills of kindergarteners. This research used research and development approach from Borg & Gall. Research's subjects were traditional children play in DIY, and kindergartens in DIY. Data were collected by interview, observation, and ducoments analysis. Collected data were analyzed in three steps: organized and reducted, displayed, and summarized and verificated. The study was done with following activities: identification of theoretical basis and determination of instructional model design, identification and analysis of traditional children play, and validation of instructional model. After being validated by material experts and teaching experts, the traditional children play based instructional model for optimizing the development of kindergarteners' fundamental motor skills consists of: (1) concepts/theoretical basis, (2) activity stages, (3) social systems, (4) principles of reaction, (5) supporting system, and (6) model impact. The lack of physical activity that is applied in Kindergarten (PAUD) has a bad impact on the future of children. It was revealed that the designed curriculum was more dominant in the development of academic achievement. The study purpose was to develop basic movement skills in kindergarten students based on physical literacy. Materials and methods. The method used in this study was research and development methods using quantitative and qualitative settings. With a population of all kindergarten teachers in Cilacap Regency which amounted to 1,387 teachers from 350 kindergartens, the sample used was 52 teachers who were taken by proportional sampling. The data analysis technique used in his study was descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques with percentages. Results. The research findings show that each item of the statement of physical activity variables in developing students' basic movements can be seen from the average value of 4.205 which is in the very good category scale range. The statement that has the smallest average value in statement number 2 is “Do students have enough physical activity at school?” and has a value of 3.827 with a good category. While the highest average in statement number 1 is “Are Kindergarten students' physical activities held at school?” with an average value of 4.423 very good category. Conclusions. Therefore, it can be concluded that "kindergarten students' physical activities held in schools" give a very good impression and are beneficial for kindergarten (PAUD) children for their growth and development.
