Lack of motivation to learn students results in them being less focused on learning and less active during the learning process, which impacts low student learning outcomes, especially in the science and science learning process. A lack of innovative teaching materials mostly causes this or tends to be monotonous. Therefore, supportive teaching materials that are attractive in form and based on appropriate learning models are needed so that students are enthusiastic about learning and can think critically. One medium that is a solution is to use CTL-based E-Worksheet. This research aims to develop a CTL-based E-Worksheet for grade 4 elementary school science content. This research is a development research type with the ADDIE model. The research subject is CTL-based E-Worksheet media on class 4 science content. Data collection uses expert test instruments and trials. The data analysis technique calculates the percentage score for validation assessments and user responses. The research results show that the development of a CTL-based E-Worksheet for grade 4 science content meets very valid criteria from the quality aspect, with a detailed score of 93.775% from media experts, 95% from learning design experts, and 94.6% from learning content experts. The results of the student response test showed an increase from the pretest results, with an average score of 34.8%, to an average score of 84.8 on the students' post-test results. Based on these results, the CTL-based E-Worksheet teaching materials that have been developed are suitable for application in learning. This research implies that it presents CTL-based E-Worksheet learning media with grade 4 science content as a solution to problems in the student learning process.

One of the demands of 21st century skills is the ability to think critically and problem solve. However, the implementation of science learning in elementary schools is still not optimal, indicated by the learning activites that is less student-oriented and has not stimulated students to think at a high level (HOTS). This study aims to develop HOTS-based LKPD. This type of research is development research using ADDIE modeling with five stages as follows analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of this research is HOTS-based LKPD products, the object of this research is the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of HOTS-based LKPD products. The test subjects involved 25 fifth grade students with problem solving skills who were used as test objects. The data collection method used a questionnaire. This study encompasses both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results stated that the HOTS-based LKPD that had been developed received a material expert validity score of 92.38% and a learning media expert validity score of 94.50%. The teacher response practicality score was 97.49%, the individual test student response score was 96.36%, the small group test student response score was 95.75% so that it was declared valid and practical with E quality. The effectiveness test using the t-test method obtained a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. So that HOTS-based LKPD is effective in improving science problem solving skills.

LKPD yang digunakan sebelumnya hanya sebatas lembaran kertas yang berisi soal-soal latihan. Soal latihan tersebut hanya digunakan untuk mengukur kapasitas pengetahuan peserta didik saja, oleh karenanya belum dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan kreativitas peserta didik dalam belajar sehingga perlu mengembangkan bahan ajar yang menunjang pembelajaran. Dengan demikian Peneliti ingin mengembangkan LKPD berbasis pendekatan CTL. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menciptakan LKPD berbasis CTL pada tema 6 subtema 1 SDN 16 Koto Baru, Kabupaten Dhamasraya. Metode penelitian memakai Research and Development (R&D), yaitu suatu sistem ekspansi sebuah produk yang ada atau menciptakan produk baru. Penelitian pengembangan ini memanfaatkan model ADDIE yang diekspansikan oleh Dick and Carry (1996). Model ini ada lima tahap yaitu: analisis (analyze), desain (design), pengembangan (devolepment), implementasi (implement), evaluasi (evaluate). Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa: a) LKPD berbasis pendekatan CTL tema 6 subtema 1 di SDN 16 Koto Baru dikelompokkan sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 84%. b) LKPD berbasis pendekatan CTL tema 6 subtema 1 di SDN 16 Koto Baru termasuk kedalam kelompok sangat praktis dengan pencapaian skor rata-rata mencapai 87% dari angket respon peserta didik dan 94% dari angket respon pendidik. C) LKPD berbasis pendekatan CTL tema 6 subtema 1 di SDN 16 Koto Baru termasuk kedalam kelompok sangat efektif dengan pencapaian skor rata-rata mencapai 93%
