Mathematics learning will get optimal results if the process is supported by the right facilities, one of which is student worksheets. This study aims to develop student worksheets based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education on the material of angle relationships that are considered valid. This research is development research with a 4D model covering Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The instrument used is a material and media expert validation sheet. The data obtained in this study are classified into quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data in the form of an assessment scale for the validity of student worksheets were analyzed by converting them into qualitative data using an analytical technique formulated by Aiken and known as Aiken's V formula. The results showed that the student worksheets based on Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education on the relationship between angles produced were considered valid by material experts with an average value of 0.88 and were considered valid by media experts with an average value of 0.94. The developed student worksheets have been assessed as valid by material experts and media experts. The student worksheets were revised based on input from experts until they were finally judged to be valid and feasible to be tested.

This research aims to create a learning trajectory by using Ramadhan tradition in Pemalang as a context to assisting students in recognizing the concept of sine rule. The approach used in this research was Realistic Mathematics Education. The subject of the study is the tenth-grade students of SMA N 1 Belik, Pemalang, Jawa Tengah, with six student participants who have been chosen as heterogeneous students. The methodology used is design research consisting of three stages, namely preliminary design, design experiment, and retrospective analysis. Nonetheless, this analysis only shows the results of the design experiment stages, in particular, the pilot experiment. Data collection was carried out using a variety of methods, namely: video recordings, photos, student work results, and student interviews during online learning. Student learning activities comprise three activities: observing night market video to find facts about the triangle, observing Takbir keliling video to find the concept of the sine rule, and solving a contextual problem related to the sine rule. The results of this study show that a series of activities designed could help students understand the concept of sine rule by using skype as a media and Ramadhan tradition in Pemalang as a context.

Geometry understanding is a significant aspect of studying geometric transformation. Besides, geometry is the basis for most mathematical and other topics. However, geometry is nonetheless a challenging material for students, particularly the dilations of geometric transformation. This case may be due to a lack of activity requiring students to relate geometrical principles to their environment. Therefore, this study aims to establish a learning trajectory using the Lawang Sewu historical building as the context to help students understand the idea of dilation. The learning approach used in this study was Realistic Mathematics Education, named PMRI in the Indonesian edition. The subject of the study is the ninth-grade students at one of the junior high school in Semarang, involving six students who were selected as diverse students. The methodology applied consists of three stages of design research: preliminary design, design experiment, and retrospective analysis. Additionally, this study reveals only the findings of the design experiment and the pilot experiment in particular. Students’ learning activities involve three activities, such as identifying the elements of Lawang Sewu that represent dilations through interactive video, determining the result of dilations and scale factor, and solving problems of dilations. Studies have shown that using the Lawang Sewu historical building context could assist students in improving their comprehending of the dilation concept. Furthermore, this study could be an inspiration to explore another local wisdom that can be a context in learning mathematical concept.
