This study aims to develop online-based learning to improve learning outcomes and student motivation in the Innovation and New Education Paradigm courses. The Moodle-based e-learning system at Bengkulu University, which is provided to facilitate online lectures, has not been maximally utilized by lecturers. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, online-based learning is urgently needed to continue to be developed in order to improve digital literacy skills and make it easy for students to study anywhere and anytime as long as there is an internet network. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method using the ADDIE Model. The learning method used is blended learning with flip classroom type. The limited trial was carried out by taking the research subjects of 10 students who took the innovation and New Paradigm Education courses. The research instruments were tests (pretest and posttest) and a questionnaire on learning motivation obtained through evaluation for eight meetings. The results showed a significant increase in learning outcomes and learning motivation using blended learning type flip classroom learning. This is indicated by the average N-gain score in the Medium category. Based on the parametric statistical test, it was found that there were significant differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test (α = 0.02 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that the type of flip classroom blended learning can improve student learning outcomes and learning motivation.

Background: E-learning is one of the new learning methods in the Indonesian education system. This system has been used to increase students' understanding levels. The researcher has noticed that students had a lack of cognitive level due to the misinterpretation and mis-extrapolation of the materials. E-learning shall improve students' cognitive level in courses. The researcher is interested in exploring the correlation between the effectiveness of online classes and nursing students' cognitive level. Objective: This study aims to identify the relationship between the effectiveness of online courses through the e-learning system and students' understanding level at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Method: This study implemented a quantitative method with a crosssectional design along with The Pearson product-moment correlation to measure the correlation strength. Results: The researcher found E-learning adequate to be applied to nursing students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (85.8% out of total respondents, N=288). The average score of the seven components measured (productivity, quality, efficiency, flexibility, eminence, development, and satisfaction) was 68.54, while the average rating of students' cognitive level was 53.92. Conclusion:There was a significant correlation between e-learning as an education system and nursing students' cognitive level.

Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di STMIK Insan Pembangunan timbul berbagai persoalan yang berdampak terhadap ketidaklancaran dalam proses pembelajaran, diantaranya materi kuliah tidak sepenuhnya dapat disampaikan karena adanya keterbatasan waktu. Saat penyampaian materi melalui aplikasi video conference misalnya zoom terkadang mengalami kendala di karenakan internet kurang stabil sehingga suara dari dosen ke mahasiswa tidak terdengar dengan jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan learning management system moodle dan melakukan evaluasi penerimaan moodle dalam menunjang pembelajaran daring di STMIK Insan Pembangunan. Memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang ada dalam keterbatasan interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa pada kuliah daring melalui video conference. Penelitian ini menghasilkan E-Learning yang dapat menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran daring menggunakan moodle yang telah dievaluasi menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari 100 data responden yang di olah menggunakan PLS-SEM 3.0 dapat dikatakan bahwa semua hipotesis dapat diterima dimana niat untuk menggunakan memiliki nilai T-Statistik paling besar yaitu 41,231.
