This study aims to analyze the influence of road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure and population on provincial GRDP in Java. The type of data used in this study is secondary data from the Ministry of Finance and the Statistics Center Agency during the 2016-2021 time period. The method used in this study is panel data regression. Based on the regression result, the best model was obtained, namely the Random Effect Model. Furthermore, the results of this study show that partially the variables of road infrastructure, as well as electricity infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on the Provincial GRDP in Java Island at α=5%, while simultaneously the variables of roads infrastructure, electricity infrastructure, and population have a positive and significant effect on GRDP at α=5%. As for the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test, the Adjusted R-Square value is 0.8414. This result shows that the variables of road infrastructure, electricity infrastructure and population can explain GDP by 84.14 percent while 15.86 percent is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract The construction of the Cisokan Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA) in West Bandung Regency has significantly impacted the surrounding community. Even though it increases electricity availability and provides economic benefits, this project also raises problems, especially for women's communities, including issues of violence, sexual harassment, and gender inequality, by referring to the values of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) #1 (Eradicating Poverty) and #5 (Gender Equality). This service aimed to empower women through increasing knowledge and skills in the community, especially vulnerable groups such as women, to strengthen their social resilience against the negative impacts of social issues and gender inequality in hydropower development. Activities involved training, mentoring, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with the participation of 54 Fatayat NU cadres in Rongga Village and Cipongkor Village. The results included increased women's organizing, increased financial management and digital marketing skills of local MSMEs, and confirmation of residents' situation through FGDs. The potential for sustainability of this program was immense through the involvement of Fatayat NU and PLN in continuing existing activities and organizing. Keyword: Inequality, Gender, SDGs, MSMEs, empowerment Abstrak Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) Cisokan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Meskipun meningkatkan ketersediaan listrik dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi, proyek ini juga menyulut permasalahan, terutama terhadap komunitas perempuan, termasuk isu kekerasan, pelecehan seksual, dan ketidaksetaraan gender dengan merujuk pada nilai-nilai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) #1 (Menghapus Kemiskinan) dan #5 (Kesetaraan Gender). Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan perempuan melalui penambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat, terutama kaum rentan seperti perempuan, guna memperkuat ketahanan sosial mereka terhadap dampak negatif isu sosial dan ketidaksetaraan gender dalam pembangunan PLTA. Metode pengabdian meliputi observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan partisipasi 54 kader Fatayat NU di Desa Rongga dan Desa Cipongkor. Hasil pengabdian mencakup pengorganisasian perempuan yang lebih terstruktur, peningkatan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan finansial dan pemasaran digital UMKM masyarakat sekitar, serta konfirmasi situasi yang dihadapi oleh warga melalui FGD. Potensi keberlanjutan program ini sangat besar melalui keterlibatan Fatayat NU dan PLN dalam melanjutkan kegiatan serta pengorganisasian yang sudah terjalin. The study highlights the critical need for infrastructure development in coastal areas to support the fisheries sector and services trade. Through various methods such as assessment of current conditions and literature review, it's clear that improving infrastructure is a top priority.Objectives: This study aims to identify the infrastructure that supports the development of coastal areas in Natal Sub-district, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatera, IndonesiaMethodology and Results: The research methods include descriptive analysis to identify existing infrastructure and importance-performance analysis to evaluate the importance and performance of infrastructure.The study results show that the infrastructure is divided according to its level of importance. First, within Quadrant I, infrastructure such as fish auction sites (TPI), village unit cooperatives (KUD), cold storage, and ice factories in the Natal coastal region stand out as the main focus. Recommendations include the revitalization of TPI and KUD, and the construction of cold storage facilities. Second, in Quadrant II, infrastructure such as transport support facilities, waste management, and sanitation require attention to maintain their performance. Third, in Quadrant III, gas station facilities in Sikara Kara Village are of medium-to-low priority. Finally, in Quadrant IV, infrastructure such as waste and drainage systems need to be reviewed. The revitalization of the Setia Karya dumpsite and the construction of a drainage system are part of the recommendations to improve Natal's coastal environment.Conclusion, Significance and implications: The improvement of coastal area infrastructure in Natal Sub-District, Mandailing Natal Regency, Indonesia emphasizes on addition, repair and revitalization. It is also recommended to strengthen the involvement of local and village governments in collaborative efforts. Further studies are needed, particularly on effective implementation of infrastructure development in the same research area.
