AIM: This study aims to determine the determinants associated with the productivity of women of childbearing age in North Sulawesi Province. METHODS: The research design used is an analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. This research uses the raw data of the North Sulawesi Province Program Performance and Accountability Survey (SKAP) of 2019. The sample of this study was all women of childbearing age (15–49 years), married and unmarried in North Sulawesi Province based on the SKAP raw data of 2019, totaling 1454 women of childbearing age. The variables in this study consisted of independent and dependent variables. The independent variables in this study were age, education, marital status, the ideal number of children, decision using contraception, age at first sexual intercourse, and contraceptive use in women of childbearing age. RESULTS: Fertility with >2 children is 349 people (24.01%). There is a significant relationship between age, education, marital status, ideal number of children, the decision to use contraception, age at first sexual intercourse, and use of contraception on fertility with p < 0.05. The multivariate test showed that ideal children (odds ratio [OR] 5.555), age (OR 5.619), age at first sexual intercourse (OR 9,486), and use of contraception (OR 0.450). CONCLUSION: The age of sexual intercourse had the most significant influence on the fertility of women of childbearing age with an OR of 9.486. This indicates that the age at sexual intercourse in women of childbearing age will affect fertility 10 times compared to other variables, namely, the ideal number of children, age, and use of family planning.

This study aims to analyze 1) the effect of migration status, employment status, education level, and economic background on the age at first marriage of women of childbearing age in Badung Regency; 2) The effect of migration status, employment status, education level, economic background, and age at first marriage on the fertility of women of childbearing age in Badung Regency; 3) Indirect effect of migration status, employment status, education level, economic background, and age at first marriage on the fertility of women of childbearing age in Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics consisting of path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed 1) Migrant women have a lower age at first marriage than non-migrant women, women who work in the informal sector have a lower age at first marriage than women who work in the formal sector, education level has a positive and significant effect on age at first marriage, while economic background has a negative and significant effect on age at first marriage; 2) Migrant women have a higher fertility rate than non-migrant women, women who work in the informal sector have a higher fertility rate than women who work in the formal sector, education level has a negative effect on fertility, while economic background has no significant effect on fertility, and age at first marriage has a negative effect on the fertility of women of childbearing age in Badung Regency; 3) Age at first marriage mediates the effect of employment status, education level, and economic background on fertility, but does not mediate the effect of migration status on fertility of women of childbearing age in Badung Regency.

<p>Pengetahuan serta pemahaman kesehatan reproduksi serta fertilitas sangatlah dibutuhkan bagi generasi milenial untuk mempersiapkan pernikahan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengetahuan dan kondisi fertilitas generasi milenial di Desa Kerik Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini telah di lakukan pada bulan Juni 2021 di Desa Kerik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi sejumlah 145, sampel sebanyak 45. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara <em>purposive. </em>Hasil yang diperoleh adalah tingkat pengetahuan reproduksi dari generasi milenial di Desa Kerik menunjukkan bahwa 31 responden sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan kriteria sangat baik sebanyak 68,90% dan 14 responden yang memiliki pengetahuan kriteria baik sebanyak 31,10%. Data diperoleh bahwa 45 responden sudah menikah dan tidak pernah bercerai. Kondisi mengandung, perempuan di Desa Kerik yang sudah pernah mengandung sebanyak 71% dan 29% belum pernah mengandung. Kondisi melahirkan istri di Desa Kerik diperoleh data perempuan melahirkan bayinya secara sesar sebanyak 49%. Usia melahirkan pertama di bawah usia kurang dari 20 tahun sebanyak 16%, melahirkan di usia 20-25 tahun sebanyak 47%. Kondisi anak yang dilahirkan dengan selamat dan sehat sebanyak 100%, sedangkan pada saat bayi dilahirkan tidak ada angka kematian bayi setelah dilahirkan. Istri mengandung lagi setelah melahirkan anak pertama sebanyak 9%. Di desa Kerik yang memiliki satu anak sebanyak 51%, yang memiliki lebih dari satu anak sebanyak 18%, sedangkan yang berencana memiliki anak lagi sebanyak 47%. Kondisi istri yang menggunakan alat kontrasepsi sebanyak 24%, istri yang sering menggunakan alat kontrasepsi sebanyak 13%, sedangkan istri yang rutin memeriksakan pemakaian alat kontrasepsi sebanyak 16%.</p>
