Background: Drug management information systems can serve as tools for decision-making. The effectiveness of such a system can be assessed through evaluation. One of the evaluation methods used is the PIECES method.Objectives: This research aims to evaluate and develop a drug management information system using the PIECES method.Methods: The research conducted was a qualitative descriptive study with inductive analysis. Sampling for this research was conducted purposive sampling. System development in this study utilized the prototype method, with interviews conducted for Management Information System (MIS) evaluation using the PIECES Framework. The design of the MIS system was created using Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The designed MIS system development was evaluated using the same method. Data processing in qualitative research consists of valid, clear, and accountable word descriptions, sentences, or narratives provided by the researchers, followed by data validation using triangulation techniques and Nvivo 12 Plus software.Results: Evaluation results using the PIECES Framework indicate that the implemented MIS system benefits and aids staff performance in daily drug dispensing. However, there are still manual tasks and lacking features such as distribution, drug expiration warnings, and minimum stock on the dashboard. The proposed design for MIS system development includes several features such as stock in, stock out, and distribution, complemented with drug expiration warnings, minimum stock alerts on the dashboard, and reports for each feature.Conclusion: Implementing the proposed MIS system design can assist and streamline work processes by providing comprehensive information, thus serving as a decision-making tool.

Electronic nursing care documentation plays an important role in maintaining patient safety. Electronic documentation can identify the potential for increasing efficiency and effectiveness in providing nursing care. The purpose of this article is to determine the application of electronic nursing care documentation management. This research is a case study obtained when students carried out the Nursing Management Stage practice at one of the hospitals in Bogor City from 16 October - 10 November 2023. Data collection was carried out through several processes which included management review of electronic documentation based on 5M, SWOT analysis and formulation and problem priorities using the criteria of magnitude, severity, manageability, nursing concern, affordability which are assessed with a score of 1 – 5. The vision of room X is electronic-based so that effective nurses need time to adapt to technology to carry out electronic-based nursing documentation. The conclusion is that documentation of nursing care plays a crucial role as an important process for recording patient care information.

Abstract. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan tentang mengenai implementasi dari system yang telah dibuat yang kemudian akan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian menggunakan metode pengujian sistem. Yang dimana untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh sistem lama maka dibentuklah sistem baru, dimana proses pembelian dapat dilakukan oleh customer tanpa harus datang langsung ke toko sehingga memberikan kemudahan kepada customer dan dapat menghemat waktu customer. Dengan berkembang pesatnya teknologi saat ini maka sudah banyak teknologi-teknologi yang membantu pekerjaan manusia. Karena Teknologi informasi membantu pekerjaan manusia maka Teknologi informasi telah banyak digunakan oleh berbagai organisasi, kelompok masyarakat dan berbagai perusahaan. Dan saat ini sudah banyak perusahaan di berbagai bidang dan jasa telah menggunakan Teknologi informasi sebagai alat bantu kegiatan proses bisnis sehari-hari. Namun pada kenyataannya, masih banyak usaha – usaha / UMKM yang masih belum menerapkan teknologi komputer untuk kegiatan proses bisnisnya. Ada halnya Teknologi Informasi adalah istilah umum untuk setiap teknologi yang membantu orang untuk membuat, memodifikasi, menyimpan, berkomunikasi dan menyebarkan informasi. TI menyatukan komputasi berkecepatan tinggi dan komunikasi data, suara, dan video. Contoh Teknologi Informasi bukan hanya komputer pribadi, tetapi juga telepon, TV, peralatan rumah tangga elektronik, dan perangkat genggam modern misalnya ponsel. Dapat diartikan memberikan pemahaman tentang TI adalah kombinasi dari komputer yang berhubungan dengan saluran komunikasi dengan transmisi data kecepatan tinggi, baik dalam bentuk teks, audio dan video. Kata Kunci : Teknologi informasi, metode pengujian sistem, perusahaan.
