The main aim of this research was to determine the differences in self-efficacy and physics learning outcomes between students who were facilitated by self-assessment with inquiry learning model and students who were facilitated by conventional assessments. This study used a posttest only non-equivalent control group design. The sample was 16 students of the second semester of the physics education study program, FMIPA Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha that was divided into two equivalent groups determined by random. The used instrumentswere the self-efficacy questionnaire and physics learning outcome test in the essay form. The reliability of the self-efficacy questionnaire and the physics learning outcome test were 0.81 and 0.76, respectively. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and multivariate analysis. The results showed that: (1) the average value of self-efficacy in the experimental group was 82.6 with a standard deviation of 6.1 in the high category and 73.9 in the control group with a standard deviation of 3.4 in the high category. ( 2) the average value of physics learning outcomes in the experimental group is 80.0 with a standard deviation of 10.5 in the high category and the control group is 65.2 with a standard deviation of 12.0 in the moderate category; and (3) there are differences in self-efficacy and physics learning outcomes between students who are facilitated by self-assessment with inquiry learning model and those facilitated by conventional assessments. This means that self-assessment with inquiry learning model has a better influence on the achievement of self-efficacy and student physics learning outcomes.

A scientific review that aims to increase the knowledge and insight of Islamic Religious Education supervisors in academic supervision by examining from a perspective how important the presence of a supervisor is in improving the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the Lembata Regency. The method used is in the form of literature review and simple observations and interviews through a series of activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, as well as managing research materials sourced from book reviews and simple observations from supervisory documents. The results of this study are expected to provide policy changes. For the Regional Government and the Ministry of Religion of the Lembata Regency, precisely in Islamic Religious Education, both regarding the recruitment of supervisors, equitable distribution of supervisors' placement, and increasing the intensity of supervisory development. The results of this study are also expected to be an internal correction for supervisors and used as evaluation material regarding the competence of academic supervision of supervisors in fostering Islamic Religious Education teachers at State Junior High Schools in Lembata Regency, in order to obtain competent and professional supervisors, the competent authorities should recruit supervisors. Following applicable regulations.

The sensory system is a sub-chapter of the Coordination System which is difficult to understand if you only study orally. For this reason, a learning model and teaching and learning activities are needed to support the improvement of learning outcomes. Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the spiral model from Kemmis and Mc Taggart using 2 cycles with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings is one of the solutions to overcoming class problems. The increasing result of learning outcomes was analyzed by evaluating the effectiveness of the N - Gain formula. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 3 at SMAN 1 Ampel, Centra Java. learning outcomes in each cycle have increased with the results in cycle 1 was 0.79 and cycle 2 was 0.75. The discovery learning model and experiments with the simple practical can improve student learning outcomes, in cycle 1 from 53 to 90, and in cycle 2 from 48 to 87. The use of the discovery learning model toward student learning outcomes runs effectively with the significance category of N – Gain values from each cycle in the high category
