Central Sulawesi's agricultural sector is classified as a substantial sector. This study aims to identify the existence of the agricultural sector in the economic structure of Central Sulawesi. Data analysis used Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), and Shift Share Analysis methods. The data used is based from the Central Statistics Agency for Central Sulawesi and Indonesia in 2015-2020 based on constant prices. The results showed that the agricultural sector of Central Sulawesi was classified as the base sector with the highest average LQ value and was followed by the mining and quarrying sector. Meanwhile, the results of the DLQ analysis show that the agricultural sector is threatened with repositioning in the future. The combined analysis of LQ and DLQ indicates that the agricultural sector in Central Sulawesi is on a basic non-prospective. The results of shift-share analysis (Nij) show that the highest performance in the agricultural sub-sector is produced by the plantation sub-sector and the fishery sub-sector. The industrial mix value (Mij) from the agricultural sector and all sub-sectors mostly shows negative numbers, so only three agricultural sub-sectors, including the developed sector in Central Sulawesi Province include the horticulture sub-sector, livestock sub-sector, and fishery sub-sector. Based on the value (Cij) of the agricultural sector, it shows a negative number, so the sub-sectors that need to be improved include the food crops sub-sector, the horticulture sub-sector, the plantation sub-sector, and the fisheries sub-sector. It is necessary to pay attention to increasing labor wages in the agricultural sector and improving the performance of agro-industry in Central Sulawesi to create added value.

Penelitian tentang daya tahan usaha hortikultura diperlukan karena semua jenis usaha mengalami banyak gangguan sehingga ada usaha yang tutup dan ada yang tetap bertahan karena memiliki daya tahan usaha yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aset petani dan ekosistem kewirausahaan dalam membentuk daya tahan usaha hortikultura di era disrupsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuisioner dan survey yang dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2023 dengan melibatkan 50 responden yang berprofesi sebagai petani hortikultura dan telah menjalankan usaha minimal lima tahun. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah dataran tinggi Kabupaten Gowa yaitu Kecamatan Tombolopao. Hasil penelitian adalah usaha hortikultura yang memiliki daya tahan tinggi ditunjukkan oleh beberapa indikator yaitu usaha tersebut telah bertahan hidup minimal lima tahun dan memiliki kinerja usaha yang baik yaitu hasil yang diperoleh dari usaha tersebut mampu mensejahterakan pelaku usaha hortikultura. Daya tahan usaha hortikulutra tinggi karena petani memiliki aset dan didukung oleh ekosistem kewirausahaan. Aset petani yaitu aset sumberdaya manusia yang ditunjukkan oleh pendidikan mayoritas petani adalah sekolah menengah atas dan sarjana, aktif menambah pengetahuan melalui berbagai media, usaha didukung oleh tenaga kerja dari dalam internal keluarga; aset sosial yaitu keikutsertaan petani pada kelompok tani; aset alam berupa ketersediaan air dari alam; aset fisik berupa ketersediaan lahan dan tanaman hortikultura dan adanya penyewaan peralatan; aset finansial yang beragam yaitu keuntungan usaha, kredit dari perbankan, modal dari keluarga. Ekosistem kewirausahaan yang mendukung yaitu dukungan pemerintah dalam bentuk penyuluhan, alsintan, jalan tani, pupuk subsidi serta fasilitas publik lainnya. Budaya yang mendukung yaitu gotong royong dalam membangun dan merawat fasilitas umum dan budaya tolong menolong dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Adanya pasar yang beragam. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah usaha hortikultura memiliki daya tahan tinggi dalam menghadapi berbagai gangguan usaha karena petani memiliki beberapa aset dan didukung oleh ekosistem kewirausahaan.

Potato plants are one of the vegetables that are in great demand by consumers so they have high economic value and needs. The fulfillment of high needs must be accompanied by increased productivity. Increased potato production can be done, among others, by the use of seeds and proper fertilization. This study aims to determine the use of seed size and addition of fish organic fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer efficiency in increasing potato growth and yield. The study is carried out from June until September 2019 in research and assessment installation of agricultural technology, Dolat Rayat District, Karo Regency. The research placed altitude is ± 1,340 m above sea level, and the soil type is Andisol. The research design is a factorial randomized block and consists of three replications. The first-factor treatment is seed size (big >20 g, medium 5-20 g, small <5 g). The second factor is a fish organic fertilizer with efficiency inorganic fertilizer (100% inorganic fertilizer, 50% fish organic fertilizer + 75% inorganic fertilizer, 100% fish organic fertilizer + 50% inorganic fertilizer, and 150% fish organic fertilizer + 25% inorganic fertilizer). The result showed that big and medium seed sizes were able to increase potato growth and yield. Big and medium seed sizes were able to increase plant height by 11.06% and 9.63%, 5,73%, and 4,64% canopy width, 7.30%, and 11.10% leaf area index, and 12.62% and 25.06% yields from small seed size. Adding fish fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer efficiency resulted in growth and yield which is no different from the application of 100% inorganic fertilizer.
