The development of technology is so rapid today that the banking industry must be able to provide services that can adapt to the needs and desires of customers in the current digital era, such as mobile banking. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of knowledge, service features, benefits, and convenience on the interest of BSI Mojopahit 2 Mojokerto City customers in using BSI mobile banking in 2021. This study uses a quantitative research type with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 24 application. The results of this study show the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 1.433 + 0.175 X1 + 0.184 X2 + 0.219 X3 + 0.191 X4 + e. The F (simultaneous) test shows that the variables of knowledge, service features, benefits and convenience have a significant effect simultaneously or jointly on customer interest. Meanwhile, the T-test (partial) shows that the knowledge variable has a significant partial effect on customer interest. The service feature variable has a significant effect on the customer interest variable. The benefit variable has a significant effect on the customer interest variable, and the convenience variable significantly affects the customer interest variable. Moreover, the benefit variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the interest of BSI Mojopahit 2 Mojokerto customers in using mobile banking. Based on the results of this study, Islamic banking is expected to provide information about BSI mobile banking clearly and maintain and maximize service features, benefits and ease of use of mobile banking to increase customer interest so that the BSI mobile banking application becomes the main choice in transacting.

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of trust, security, and ease of decision making through interest as an intervening variable on the use of BSI Mobile. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire with a sampling technique using purposive sampling of 100 BSI customers who use BSI Mobile and are domiciled in Bekasi City. The data analysis technique uses path analysis to examine the direct and indirect effects of the independent variable on the dependent variable through the intervening variable. The results of this study indicate that trust has a positive and significant effect on interest, while security and convenience have no significant effect on interest. Furthermore, trust, security, and convenience do not have a significant effect on decisions, but interest has a positive and significant effect on decision making. Based on the results of the path analysis, it shows that interest can mediate the variables of trust, security and ease of making transaction decisions through BSI Mobile. This research has implications for Bank Syariah Indonesia in knowing and improving the performance of BSI Mobile services so as to increase the trust and interest of users of these services.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh mencakup kepuasan nasabah yang terdiri dari dua variabel yakni persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Bengkayang yang menggunakan aplikasi BRI Mobile. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 152 responden. Pada pengambilan sampel, peneliti melakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada nasabah melalui google form. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner langsung dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik uji instrumen yaitu menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian melalui data kuesioner menunjukan bahwa variabel persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Pada variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.
