This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on firm value through CSR. Liquidity is measured using the current ratio, profitability with return on assets, firm value with the price to book value, and CSR with GRI-G4 standards. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange with a population of 163 companies using the purposive sampling technique to produce 66 companies. These studies turned into performed the use of the Smart-PLS software. Based on the evaluation and speculation trying out results, it is able to be concluded that liquidity has a terrible and insignificant impact on company cost. Liquidity has a terrible and insignificant impact on company costs. Profitability has an advantageous and extensive impact on company costs. Profitability has an advantageous and extensive impact on company costs. Profitability has an advantageous and extensive effect on CSR. CSR has advantages however now no longer extensive impact on company costs. CSR can not mediate the connection between liquidity to company cost and profitability to company cost. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat likuiditas dan tingkat profibilitas suatu perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan isu sustainbility atau laporan berkelanjutan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek maupun kewajiban jangka panjang serta untuk mengetahui kemampuan perusahaan untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang tinggi setiap tahunnya pada sub sektor makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2019-2021. Rasio Likuiditas diukur dari Current Ratio (CR), dan Cash Ratio (CR) yang dihasilkan perusahaan sedangkan profibilitas di ukur dari Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE) dari perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 6 perusahaan pada sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2019-2021.

This article aims to examine the impact of working capital management and family ownership on the profitability and liquidity of family-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The research utilizes a quantitative approach by analyzing financial data about working capital, family ownership, profitability, and company liquidity. The data used in the study is obtained from publicly available financial reports of family-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection is conducted through a thorough review of documentation. The research sample consists of active family-owned companies that possess complete data for analysis. Multiple linear regression is employed to assess the relationship between working capital management, family ownership, profitability, and company liquidity. The findings reveal that both working capital management and family ownership significantly influence the profitability and liquidity of family firms. These findings offer valuable insights for family firm management to enhance their financial performance. Effective management of working capital can contribute to improved profitability and liquidity, while family ownership also plays a crucial role in determining the financial performance of family-owned companies. Furthermore, in addition to its practical implications, this research contributes theoretically to the existing literature on working capital management and family ownership, specifically in the context of family-owned companies in Indonesia.
