<p>Technological advances require companies to follow and adapt to technological developments and require companies to move with existing changes. Companies need a strategy to have a competitive advantage and improve organizational performance in dealing with these conditions. The study empirically tested the effect of mediating supply chain management (SCM) implementation on the relationship between Organizational performance and enterprise resource planning (ERP). The sample of this study were employees of PT. Semen Padang is involved in the supply chain management process and runs an enterprise resource planning system with 100 employees. The results of data processing using PLS-SEM showed a positive and significant effect in the direct relationship between ERP to SCM and SCM to performance. Furthermore, SCM mediates the relationship between ERP and company performance.</p>

This study delineates a systematic review of literature focusing on the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in construction companies in Indonesia. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this article evaluates and analyzes several related studies published within the last five years (2019-2023). This method allows the identification and synthesis of data from various sources such as academic journals, related publications, and databases, which are then analyzed to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to ERP implementation within the context of the construction industry in Indonesia. The findings from this literature review reveal a variety of benefits obtained by construction companies after adopting ERP systems, including improved operational efficiency, better resource management, and enhanced strategic decision-making. However, challenges also emerge, including issues related to adapting to change, integration with existing systems, as well as significant implementation costs and time. This analysis provides deep insights into the ERP implementation in the construction industry in Indonesia, providing a foundation for better understanding and further development in facing challenges and leveraging available opportunities.

Perusahaan XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi dan menjual produk kerjinan kayu seperti meja, kursi, dan berbagai furniture lainnya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan ini terletak pada area fungsional Supply Chain Management atau SCM yaitu proses pemesanan bahan baku kayu produk yang masih kovensional dikarekan belum menggunakan aplikasi ERP terintegerasi, serta proses yang tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik, dan tidak memiliki sistem informasi berbasis website dalam menjual produk sampai kepada pelanggan dikarenakan ketidaktersediaan website yang dapat memfasilitasi sebagai sarana informasi produk dan juga transaksi pembelian produk yang dapat diakses oleh customer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengintegrasikan kegiatan bisnis dalam SCM sehingga dapat mengontrol dan memastikan produk berada pada tempat dan waktu yang tepat, memenuhi permintaan konsumen, dan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode blok diagram. Langkah yang dilakukan dimulai dengan wawancara kepada pemilik salah satu distributor Perusahaan XYZ untuk mengamati kondisi sistem perusahaan yang saat ini digunakan untuk mengamati kondisi sistem perusahaan yang saat ini digunakan. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari implementasi webERP dalam area Supply Chain Management pada Perusahaan XYZ adalah proses bisnis yang diterapkan Perusahaan XYZ masih bersifat konvensional seperti proses bisnis manufacturing yang tidak tersimpan dalam sistem ERP yang, proses bisnis produksi manufacturing yang tidak tersimpan dalam sistem ERP yang terintegrasi, dan proses bisnis.
