Pengaruh pemimpin, budaya organisasi, efikasi diri, dan stabilitas emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract: AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemimpin, budaya organisasi, efikasi diri, dan stabilitas emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pada karyawan bagian produksi CV. Karya Bintang Abadi Yogyakarta. Kuesioner didistribusikan secara accidental sampling pada sampel sebanyak 46 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner.
