MSMEs became the backbone of the Indonesian economy in 1998 during the crisis, so there is a need for special attention to aspects that can improve the performance of MSMEs. This research was conducted at Pasar Lama Tangerang MSMEs engaged in the food & beverage sector by examining several factors that affect MSME performance, namely entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and absorptive capacity. In previous studies, there were differences in results from several researchers regarding the determinants of performance, so this study will fill the gap. The theoretical reference used in this study is RBV (Resource Based View) which explains that company success occurs when companies apply the VRIN principle (Valuable, Rare, Inimitable and Nonsubstitable). The brief definition of the four research variables, namely market orientation is the ability of individuals to understand customers and face competitors. Then, entrepreneurial orientation is the ability of individuals to innovate, act proactively and take risks. Furthermore, absorptive capacity is an individual's ability to identify new things and apply them to business. Furthermore, MSME performance is the quality of services provided by businesses to achieve competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and absorptive capacity on the performance of MSMEs. The time horizon used in the study used cross section. The research questionnaire was made with google form and distributed directly to 85 respondents who were culinary MSMEs in the Tangerang Old Market. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. The data collected will be analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the SmartPLS 4 software analysis tool. The bootstrapping results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and absorptive capacity each have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance.

The development of the woodworking industry in Indonesia can be a highlight in the business world. However, 2020 is a year that gives a different color to the business world. The entry of the COVID-19 outbreaks into Indonesia in the first quarter of 2020 caused all industrial sectors including the manufacturing industry in Indonesia to experience a decline. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance mediated by Innovation and Network Capability (Study at UD. Kondang Jaya Furniture and UD. Aryajati Furniture). This research method is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of UD Kondang Jaya Furniture and UD Aryajati Furniture. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using SMARTPLS 3.0 software. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and insignificant effect on Performance. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on innovation. Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Networking Ability. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on performance. This means that the fourth hypothesis is accepted. Network Capability has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Innovation can mediate the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance positively and significantly. Network Capability can mediate the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance positively and significantly.

The prolonged Covid-19 pandemic has forced many companies, whether they like it or not, to make various changes (innovations) to the company's strategic management. Internal marketing provides many benefits in achieving marketing success because it is more integrative and sustainable. Market orientation is a corporate culture that can lead to increased marketing performance and retain customers with the aim of creating greater value for customers through efforts to collect information about customer needs. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the role market orientation mediates influence internal marketing and organizational performance at the Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger. The research location is the Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger which is located on Jln. Raya Kuta (without number), Kuta, Bali. The method of determining the sample using non probability sampling namely method purposive sampling. The sample of this research is the respondent who joined the Joger family for at least 2 years with a total sample of 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is analysis Partial Least Square (PLS) with the settlement method Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that internal marketing has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance at the Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger. Internal marketing has a positive and significant effect on market orientation at the Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger. Market orientation positive and significant effect on organizational performance at the Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger. Internal marketing indirectly has a positive effect on organizational performance through market orientation at the Pabrik Kata-Kata Joger.
