One of the main concerns of the company is the effort to achieve the desired level of profit. That goal can be achieved through good asset management. Good asset management reflects that the company is able to control its financial performance efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of asset management on financial performance. The approach taken to measure asset management is Fixed Asset Turn Over (FATO), while financial performance is measured by profitability using Return on Assets (ROA). This research model looks simple and uses only one independent variable. The selection of the best model is done after testing several other variables, and the more relevant variable to explain the diversity of ROA dependent variables is FATO. This study uses panel data analysis, which consists of six companies in the period 2013-2017. The analytical method used is Panel Data Regression Analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that the independent variable FATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA. This means that asset management is needed to improve the profitability of the company.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and asset ownership on subjective well-being on entrepreneurial families. This research was conducted on 90 families who had a business in Babakan Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. The sampling method was using the purposive technique. Respondents in this study are husband or wife who owns and manage their business. Data analyzed descriptively and inferential statistics using multiple linear regression test. According to the research, entrepreneurial families have a low financial management index. Most families have assets at least three types. The level of subjective well-being of the entrepreneurial family is classified as moderate. Income and financial management have a significant positive effect on the subjective well-being of families. Asset ownership does not have a significant effect on subjective family well-being.

Basically risk management includes activities to plan, organize, lead, coordinate, and supervise risk management programs. Financing is one of the activies, including the Jambi Syariah Health Family Cooperative. And at the time of doing the financing of course will not be separated from the name of risk. So cooperatives need to implement risk management in order to be able to minimize the possibility of risks that will occur at some point in time. The purpose pf this research is to find out how to apply risk management to murabahah financing in the Jambi Syari’ah Health Fsmily Cooperatives. The type of research used is field (field research). This research is descriptive, namely research that tries to determine the solution to the current problem based on the data. The types and sources of data used in the research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. To check the validity is to use triangulation of sources and reference materials is used. The method consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the research carried out are the application of risk management murabahah financing at the Jambi Sharia Health Family Cooperative has bee carried out correctly by using a referral pr referensi system,surveyor scoring, useof goods, guarantees, committee meetings, reserves for earning assets write-of (PPAP), and make the remainingoperating results (SHU). Although the implementation of financing risk management has been carried out properly. But whose name is risk cannot be eliminated can minimize it.
