Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Minahasa Utara

Abstract: Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam perusahaan karena lewat setiap potensi yang dimilikinya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai usaha untuk meraih keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan, baik secara pribadi maupun di dalam perusahaan tersebut melalui dari setiap kinerja karyawan yang ada.
