AbsstractThe number of people with hypertension is increasing over time. The most frequest complaint experienced by people with hypertension is pain. Complications of pain can be avoided through correct pain management. Listening to music and murotal Al Quran on some researches can provide a relaxation effect that potentially reduces pain. This study was aimed to identify differences effect in listening mozart music with murotal Al Quran in order to purifying pain of hypertensive sufferers. This research was quasi experiment with pre-test and post-test with two groups design. Data were collected using consecutive sampling technique with 15 respondents for each group. Pain measurement was taken twice before and after listening to music mozart or murotal Al Quran for 15 minutes. Statistic test using mann whitney showed that there was significant mean difference of pain before and after treatment in the murotal group of Al Quran (value p = 0,002). While in the mozart group the difference of pain before and after treatment was not significant (p = 0,051). Listening to murotal Al Quran is more effective in reducing pain in hypertensive sufferers compared to that in mozart music.AbstrakJumlah penerita hipertensi terus mengalmi peningkatan. Salah satu keluhan yang sering dialami oleh penderita hipertensi adalah rasa sakit. Komplikasi dari nyeri dapat dihindari melalui manajemen nyeri yang benar. Mendengarkan musik dan murotal Al Quran pada beberapa penelitian dapat memberikan efek relaksasi yang berpotensi mengurangi rasa sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan dalam efek mendengarkan musik mozart dengan murotal Al Quran dalam memurnikan rasa sakit penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu dengan pre test dan post test dengan dua desain kelompok. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dengan 15 responden untuk setiap kelompok. Data nyeri masing-masing responden diambil dua kali sebelum dan sesudah mendengarkan musik mozart atau murotal Al Quran selama 15 menit. Uji statistik menggunakan mann whitney menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan rerata nyeri sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelompok murotal Al Quran (nilai p = 0,002). Sedangkan pada kelompok mozart perbedaan nyeri sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan tidak signifikan (p = 0,051). Mendengarkan murotal Al Quran lebih efektif dalam mengurangi rasa sakit penderita hipertensi dibandingkan dengan musik mozart.

Hipertensi merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang paling sering dijumpai di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu gejala yang sering dikeluhkan oleh penderita hipertensi adalah nyeri. Jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, nyeri dapat memperberat kondisi hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh stimulasi titik Liv3 (Taichong) terhadap nyeri pada penderita hipertensi. Manfaat penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan metode alternatif (kompelementer) untuk mengatasi keluhan nyeri penderita hipertensi. .Desain penelitian adalah pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre and post tes one group without control design. Sampel diambil secara random dengan kriteria inklusi : (a) tekanan darah sistolik > 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik > 90 mmHg; dan (b) usia 18 – 65 tahun. Sedangkan kriteria ekslusi : (a) mendapatkan pengobatan komplementer lain; (b) hipertensi dengan komplikasi; dan (c) sedang mengkonsumsi obat hipertensi. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 orang. Responden mendapatkan stimulasi titik akupresuer Liv3 selama 15 menit. Sedangkan nyeri diukur sebelum dan sesudah terapi dilakukan. Penilaian nyeri dilakukan dengan menggunakan numbering pain scale. Data di analisis menggunakan analisis univariabel (distribusi, frekuensi dan rata-rata) dan bivariabel (pair t test). Hasil : tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna rerata nyeri sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dengan nilai p = 0,207.Kata Kunci : Akupressure, Titik Liv3 (Taichong), Hipertensi

Complications of hypertension cause various health problems such as kidney damage, heart attack, stroke, glaucoma, erectile dysfunction, dementia and alzheimer's. One of the non-pharmacological treatments to avoid the long-term effects of hypertension is foot reflexology therapy. Foot reflexology therapy is a therapy that suppresses the zones and nerve points on the right and left soles of the feet. This study aims to determine the effect of foot reflexology on blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all 102 people with hypertension in Pelaga village. The sample selection used was purposive sampling with a total of 36 people. Foot reflexology intervention is given 3 times a week for 20 minutes. The average difference in blood pressure before and after the foot reflexology intervention in the treatment group was 10.39 mmHg and the average difference in the control group was 0.94 mmHg. The results of the analysis used was Mann-Whitney analysis that is p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an effect of foot reflexology on blood pressure in hypertension sufferers in Community Health Center II Petang. Foot reflexology can be used as an alternative to non-pharmacological treatment programs for patients to prevent further complications from uncontrolled hypertension.
