Pengaruh Latihan Sirkuit Dengan Interval Istirahat Tetap Dan Menurun Terhadap Komposisi Tubuh Pemain Bola Voli Putri

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menguji ada tidaknya perbedaan pengaruh jenis latihan sirkuit dengan interval istirahat tetap dan menurun terhadap komposisi tubuh pemain bola voli putri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen).
