Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dosen

Abstract: Dosen sebagai tenaga pendidik di perguruan tinggi merupakan aset yang harus dijamin memiliki kepuasan kerja berdasarkan hasil kerja yang ditunjukkan kepada organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan dan komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan sebanyak 57 dosen.
