This research aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Arta Cemerlang Catering Gianyar Branch. The population of this study includes all employees in 2023, totaling 32 employees. The sample method was determined using census techniques, so the sample for this study was 32 respondents. The data collection method is a survey with a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) leadership has a positive but significant effect on job satisfaction. not significant on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, (7) job satisfaction is able to mediate leadership on employee performance.

The purpose of the study was to analyze and test the effect of communication quality and principal conflict management on the performance of elementary / MI teachers in Trenggalek Regency with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Explanatory research is a type of research used in research with a quantitative approach and data collection methods using survey methods Types of research using explanatory research types, survey methods by giving questionnaires to 132 teachers as respondents. The SEM-PLS method is used in data analysis and testing with the help of the SmartPLS 3 application program. The results of the direct test found that the quality of principal communication, principal conflict management, and job satisfaction each had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, the quality of principal communication and principal conflict management each had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The results of indirect influence testing with the results that teacher job satisfaction was able to mediate the influence between the quality of principal communication and the principal's conflict management on teacher performance positively and significantly.

In the organizational context, leadership assumes a pivotal role as a foundational element in executing functions and wielding authority. Occupying positions of prominence and wielding significant authority, leaders possess the capacity to effectively oversee and guide the organization. The leader's strategic positioning is indispensable, rendering them a key ally in advancing the collective interests of the organization's various echelons, ranging from the grassroots to the uppermost tiers, with a steadfast commitment to objective-oriented pursuits. This research endeavors to scrutinize the responses, perceptions, and evaluations of lecturers regarding the leadership exhibited by heads of study programs, thereby furnishing a comprehensive and contextual comprehension of the intricacies of leadership dynamics. The study was conducted at Pamulang University, focusing on the Undergraduate Management study program within the Faculty of Economics and Business. Primary respondents comprised level one lecturers who concurrently served as developers of the study program. Employing a simple random sampling technique facilitated by the distribution of direct questionnaires, the research data underwent analysis through qualitative descriptive methods. Findings from the research reveal that the leadership style demonstrated by the head of the Undergraduate Management study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business embodies democratic characteristics. This is evidenced by the active involvement of developer lecturers in all facets of the tri dharma activities and the decision-making processes inherent to the study program.
