This study aims to compare the performance of data modeling with Poisson regression with Generalized Linear Model (GLM), Generalized Linear Mixed Model (GLMM), and Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE) modeling. The case study used is a factor that affects the number of Pulmonary Tuberculosis cases in Indonesia with panel data. Based on the AIC criteria, the smallest BIC and RMSE GLMM models perform better than GLM and GEE. In addition, GLMM modeling also has a coefficient of determination value. The results showed that the percentage of the population smoking and the percentage of Unmet Kesehatan had a significant positive influence on the number of Pulmonary Tuberculosis cases. In contrast, the percentage of households who had access to handwashing with soap and proper drinking water significantly negatively influenced the number of Pulmonary Tuberculosis cases. Therefore, the public needs awareness to reduce cigarette consumption and increase environmental access, such as adequate and clean drinking water sources and handwashing.

Respiratory TB is a chronic infectious disease that is still a global public health problem. One of the efforts in anticipating the threat of an explosion of tuberculosis cases is to prioritize surveillance through spatial analysis to detect clustering of cases. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can be used to describe the spatial distribution and identify areas where tuberculosis clustering is likely to occur so that it can be a source of information for policymakers in the health sector in implementing tuberculosis control program activities. This study aims to identify spatiotemporal clusters of Respiratory TB cases in Sungai Tabuk district from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2021. This study is a spatiotemporal retrospective study conducted in Sungai Tabuk District using data on Respiratory TB case reports obtained from the surveillance data of the Banjar District Health Office from 2020 to 2021. This study used the Poisson model with the help of the SaTScan v10.1 application and visualization of cluster patterns using the Quantum GIS 3.28 application. This study found that there are 2 clusters of Respiratory TB in Sungai Tabuk district. The cluster in 2020 during January-April showed significant results (RR = 6.78, P-value = 0.0001) with the cluster center located in Sungai Tabuk Keramat Village and a cluster radius of 7.2 km from the center point. Meanwhile, the cluster in 2021 was not significant (RR=5.03, P-value=0.141). Factors affecting TB clusters in Sungai Tabuk district are sociodemographic factors and environmental factors. Local governments can increase case-finding efforts and increase health promotion related to Respiratory TB disease, healthy homes, and clean and healthy living behaviors in areas and communities located in risky locations.

Tuberculosis disease is a direct infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria or known as pulmonary TB, has a very fast transmission rate and is also very contagious. The method used in this activity is a quantitative pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. This community service was carried out as a government effort in controlling the risk of tuberculosis disease and enlivening the tri dharma objectives of Hasanuddin University, namely carrying out community service. The community service activities were carried out with health counseling on tuberculosis disease which was held on October 7, 2023 at SMP 3 Mappakasunggu Satangnga Hamlet, Mattirobaji Village, Tanakeke Islands Sub-District, Takalar Regency in 2023. The number of counseling participants was 19 people and this activity was accompanied by the principal and 4 teachers. The community service activities that have been carried out show that there are differences before and after health counseling on tuberculosis disease at SMP Negeri 3 Mappakasunggu Satangnga Hamlet, Mattirobaji Village, Kec. Tanakeke Islands, Takalar Regency. This can be seen in the p-value (0.000) <0.05. For rat identification, the type of rat obtained was the rattus-rattus diardii type as many as 2 rats. Then the survey of larvae that were found were aedes aegepty larvae in 15 community houses. It is hoped that the people of Satanngga Hamlet will always adopt clean and healthy living habits and maintain a clean environment around their homes. Abstrak Penyakit tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis atau dikenal dengan TB paru, memiliki tingkat penularan yang sangat cepat dan juga sangat mudah menular. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode kuantitatif pre-experimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam mengendalikan risiko penyakit tuberkulosis dan menyemarakkan tujuan tri dharma perguruan tinggi Universitas Hasanuddin yaitu melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan penyuluhan Kesehatan mengenai penyakit tuberkulosis yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2023 di SMP 3 Mappakasunggu Dusun Satangnga, Desa Mattirobaji, Kec. Kepulauan Tanakeke, Kabupaten Takalar Tahun 2023. Jumlah peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 19 orang dan kegiatan ini di damping oleh kepala sekolah dan 4 orang guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan penyakit tuberkulosis di SMP Negeri 3 Mappakasunggu Dusun Satangnga, Desa Mattirobaji, Kec. Kepulauan Tanakeke, Kabupaten Takalar. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada nilai p-value (0.000) < 0.05. Untuk identidikasi tikus, jenis tikus yang didapatkan adalah jenis rattus-rattus diardii sebanyak 2 ekor. Kemudian survey jentik yang banyak ditemukan adalah jentik aedes aegepty di 15 rumah masyarakat. Diharapkan masyarakat Dusun Satangnga agar selalu menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dan menjaga lingkungan kebersihan lingkungan sekitar rumah.
