Pengaruh Impregnasi Logam Titanium Pada Zeolit Alam Malang Terhadap Luas Permukaan Zeolit

Abstract: <p>Effort that can  maximize the working of natural zeolite is by activation and modification as a carrier of active metals or commonly called impregnation. Modified zeolite by impregnation using titanium metal is to increase the performance of a pure metal catalysts such as low in thermal stability, decreasing surface area and sintering occurs (clotting) and expensive in the application. Bearers Treatment in the metallic solids by  impregnating the zeolite would make the metals in zeolites as bifungsion… Show more

“…In Figure 5, sample B1 shows the highest spectrum intensity around 1650, while samples A1 and B2 as shown in Figure 4, and 6 are 800 and 1400. The difference in intensity of these three materials show differences in the amount of metal contained in the sample [13]. This reinforces the results of the AAS test on the three samples where B1 sample with the highest intensity does have the highest metal content compared to all samples.…”

“…Based on the active metal content of the catalyst 3), the catalyst with the addition of PEG and CA has a higher metal content. It indicates that the Mo metal is well dispersed into the pore support, causing a reduced surface area [43]. Okamoto et al stated that the surface area of the catalyst for the hydrotreating process is at least 150 m 2 /g so that the catalyst, with the addition of PEG and CA, can still be employed for the hydrotreating process [40].…”
