Pengaruh Harga Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Jasa Gojek Online Di Yogyakarta

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Gojek di Yogyakarta yang diuji baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna layanan Gojek di Yogyakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.
