Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, loyalitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract: This study examines the effect of leadership style and employee loyalty on employee performance, where leadership style and employee loyalty are the independent variables, and employee performance is the dependent variable.
