Pengaruh Etos Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kehutanan Dan Perkebunan Kota Bogor

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.
