Pengaruh Etos Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kehutanan Dan Perkebunan Kota Bogor

A good organization is an organization that seeks to improve its human resource capabilities, because it is a main factor for improving performance. The important things that need to be considered include; Safe, profitable and satisfactory working conditions also contribute to increasing employee motivation on work. In addition, work content is also no less important to measure employee performance.Original work content is the contents of the work or task given to employees and it is one of the supporting factors that provide smoothness of work motivation. The purpose of this study were to: (1) analyze and explain the effect of working conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) knowing and analyzing the mediation effect of discipline in the influence of work conditions and work content on employee performance. This research was conducted at the employees of the former Surakarta Residency Office of Surakarta, Boyolali, Sukoharjo, Wonogiri and Sragen, which are usually sacrificed (Subo Suko Wono Sraten or Solo Raya), each of which has 25 employees, so that the total total is 125 employees. Then each region was taken by 15 employees as respondents. The Path analysis is used to test the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable mediated by the mediation variable. The results of the study found that (1) there is a positive influence and significant work conditions and work content on the discipline and employee performance (2) there is a direct influence that is better than working conditions and work content on employee performance than must be mediated by discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability, work ethic and work environment on employee performance. This study usesquantitative methods. Total population and samples are 50 respondents from all employees Garment Industries. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The t test results show that work ability, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work etnic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F show that the variables of Self Ability, work etnic and work environment simultaneously affect the Employee Performance OF Garmen Industries

The application of the concept of smart government in the region is certainly an interesting thing to study because each region has its problems and efforts in realizing the concept, one of which is in the South Lampung Regency. The implementation of smart government in South Lampung Regency is one of them with the online population administration service website (PAKe-Oli). The innovation of the program is present to meet the needs of the community related to basic services, facilitate the community, effectively, efficiently by the concept of smart government to realize an orderly society of population administration. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the influence of system quality, information quality and quality of service on the use of smart government by the South Lampung Regency Government. Using quantitative research methods, the results of this study explain that the quality of the system, the quality of information and the quality of services have a positive and significant effect on the use of smart government in South Lampung Regency in 2021. Evidenced by hypothesis tests that show that these three variables affect the use of smart government positively and significantly.
