Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This study obtained data from 88 respondents who are employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Health Service. The results showed that there was an effect of work discipline on employee performance.
