Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt Multi Bintang Indonesia

Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Multi Bintang Indonesia.
