Global technological advances occur in the development of health service information and communication systems, one of which is a nursing service information system. Telenursing is one of the information and communication system technologies for remote nursing services that is carried out virtually in providing nursing care practices. Based on data from the Indonesian Pediatrician Association (IDAI) that the incidence of DM has increased in children aged 0-18 years over a period of 10 years. However, in some countries that diabetic patients do not receive health education in conducting self-monitoring and control of complications. Generate descriptions and ideas from the selection of several literature reviews on the application of a communication system for nursing services, namely telenursing to facilitate the provision of health education interventions for DM children. Analyze and select nursing journals related to telenursing and Health Education in DM children. On the results of the analysis and review of several selected journals, a conclusion is obtained that telenursing communication technology can improve and facilitate nursing care services, namely Health Education in DM children. Nurses can use technology to improve nursing care services in conducting health education interventions that are easily accessible quickly and affordable by the community.

Introduction: Prevent the perception of negative self-image in people lived with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and increase positive self-image. The method used is by providing education through the Telenursing method. The final result achieved in this community service is to prevent the perception of negative self-image in PLWHA. Objective: Implementation of spiritual care for PLWHA to prevent the perception of negative self-image. Method: This community service uses an educational method that is carried out by telenursing. Researchers used observation sheets as a pre-implementation evaluation in the form of a scale of knowledge, perceptions, beliefs, moral views, beliefs, and attitudes. Telenursing is the use of technology as a method of providing long-distance health services so that patients and nurses do not need to meet face-to-face. This community service research is divided into 4 stages. Namely Environmental surveys and targets, Preparation of facilities and infrastructure, Implementation of community service education, and Evaluation. This activity was attended by 10 respondents under the auspices of the association of HIV/AIDS prevention activities in Ciamis Regency. Result: The results of spiritual care for PLWHA to prevent the perception of negative self-image as a form of implementing community service for 10 PLHAs in the Ciamis district show that it does not provide significant results because there are other inhibiting factors such as support and negative community stigma in the community. people living with HIV. Conclussion: Spiritual care has a positive impact on various parties, especially people with HIV/AIDS. Improved self-image is not only created from internal factors but must also be supported by various parties. Community service activities held regarding spiritual care for people with HIV/AIDS to prevent the perception of a negative self-image received a good response from PLWHA.

Rendahnya kadar zat besi pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan pada ibu seperti anemia kehamilan dan gangguan tumbuh kembang janin. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut ibu harus meminum suplemen Fe secara rutin minimal 90 tablet tetapi kepatuhan minum suplemen ibu masih rendah. Untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pada ibu hamil, para perawat dapat melakukan telenursing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh edukasi metode telenursing terhadap kepatuhan minum suplemen Fe pada ibu hamil. Rancangan penelitian ini ialah pre-experimental dengan rancangan the static group comparison pada 30 responden yang terbagi menjadi kelompok kasus dan kontrol dengan usia kehamilan trimester I dan II. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dan intervensi telenursing yang diberikan berupa video edukasi berdurasi ±5 menit dan teks reminder yang dikirimkan setiap hari selama 30 hari. Kepatuhan minum suplemen Fe diukur dengan kuesioner MMAS-8 yang sudah dimodifikasi diberikan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji Mann Whitney dengan tingkat kemaknaan ?=0,05. Dengan nilai rata-rata kepatuhan pada kelompok kasus 18,73 dan kelompok kontrol 12,27 (p=0,029). Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh edukasi metode telenursing terhadap kepatuhan minum suplemen Fe pada ibu hamil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan agar telenursing dijadikan salah satu alternatif dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan.
