Penerapan Model Pembelajaran VCT (Value Clarification Technique) Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ips Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cimanis 2 Sobang Pandeglang
