Technological developments bring comfort and ease to users in accessing applications. Companies need to design systems that are centered on human needs to create technology that is competitive in the market, especially in the field of expeditions. The problem that arises in the sea cargo expedition company is that master data recording is still done manually, which has an impact on reducing data accuracy. Apart from that, the process of recording shipping transactions and status changes is not updated in real time. Things like this are the reason Sea Cargo Expedition hopes to design a goods delivery application that is centered on user needs. This research aims to design a prototype and test the level of user satisfaction with the goods delivery application. Based on the background of this problem, the research focuses on implementing the design thinking method to develop a goods delivery application because it is able to collect user needs directly. Design thinking is divided into five stages, namely, empathize (understanding the problem), define (analyzing the problem), ideate (creating a wireframe), prototype (designing an application design), and test (trial using System Usability Testing (SUS)). This research produces a prototype goods delivery application based on the user's user experience assessment so that it can provide good functionality.

The proliferation of visual impairment among school-age children in Indonesia has prompted the need for specialized online learning solutions. The G-MOOC 4D platform, a novel Learning Management System (LMS), is designed to address this need by leveraging gamification and artificial intelligence to enhance accessibility for visually impaired users. This study reports on the development and testing of two AI models within the G-MOOC 4D framework: a facial recognition model for secure user authentication and a voice command model for interactive learning. User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conducted with expert users, namely teachers at a special needs school, showed high approval rates for the platform's features. The results show that all metrics, accuracy, precision, and recall reach their optimal values at a distance of 40 cm for face detection. The respective metric scores at that distance, precision: 100%, accuracy: 98%, and recall: 97%. Additionally, the voice command functionality tested achieved a 100% recognition rate, reflecting the platform’s potential to significantly ease the learning process for visually impaired students. The findings underscore the importance of integrating assistive technologies into educational platforms to ensure all students have equal access to learning opportunities.

Sejak berdiri, informasi mengenai Rumah Tahfidz Akhwat (RTA) Raudhatul Jannah Pekanbaru hanya didapat melalui berita mulut ke mulut dan brosur edaran, begitu pula dengan seluruh proses bisnis yang terjadi, semuanya dilakukan secara manual. Mempertimbangkan kondisi tersebut, muncul sebuah inovasi berupa perancangan UI/UX untuk persiapan pengembangan website resmi RTA menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang akan dilakukan melalui penelitian ini. Rancangan website ini memiliki fitur 3 utama, yaitu menampilkan informasi mengenai RTA, pendaftaran murid baru, dan layanan siswa. Perancangan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Hasil perancangan berupa prototype interaktif dengan dua tipe, tipe A dan B. Dalam proses perancangan, digunakan 14 komponen. Kedua prototype memiliki 6 menu utama, dengan jumlah halaman prototype A sebanyak 22 halaman dan prototype B sebanyak 12 halaman. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Usability Testing dengan metode Cognitive walkthrough, SEQ, A/B Testing, dan UEQ. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 20 partisipan siswa, 10 partisipan staf, dan 10 partisipan umum. Pengujian Cognitive walkthrough siswa memperoleh hasil 80% untuk kedua prototype, pengujian staf memperoleh hasil 100% untuk kedua prototype, dan pengujian umum memperoleh hasil 100% untuk kedua prototype. Pengujian UEQ untuk kedua prototype (A : B) memperoleh nilai attractiveness sebesar 2,24 : 2,49, perspicuity 1,43 : 1,33, efficiency 1,98 : 1,98, dependability 2,30 : 2,29, stimulation 2,09 : 2,14, dan novelty 1,72 : 1,91. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian UEQ yang dilakukan, kedua prototype sudah mencapai skala minimal good dan dapat direkomendasikan untuk pengembangan sistem. Prototype hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk membantu pihak RTA memiliki alternatif high-fidelity desain website yang sudah teruji kegunaannya dan siap untuk diimplementasikan dalam pengembangan website.
