Pendeta Sebagai Pemimpin di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to explain how pastoral leadership is in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This needs to be investigated, considering the problem is that some church leaders or pastors are not ready to face changes in technological advances in the 4.0 era and abuse the use of technology itself. The research method used is in the form of library research by searching, collecting, and processing data and information from literary sources, leadership books, and journals as well as those related to the industrial revolution 4.0, reanalyzing and the results are arranged in a descriptive and systematic form. The purpose of this study is to provide input for ideas or ideas for pastors so that they can wisely and carefully respond to technological advances in developing their leadership in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In conclusion, pastoral leadership in the industrial revolution era is leadership based on Christ's character, transformational, and adaptive.
 
 Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan bagaimana kepemimpinan pendeta di era revolusi industri 4.0. Hal ini perlu diteliti, mengingat masalahnya sebagian para pemimpin gereja atau pendeta tidak siap menghadapi perubahan kemajuan teknologi di era 4.0 dan menyalahgunakan penggunaan teknologi itu sendiri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu berupa penelitian kepustakaan dengan mencari, mengumpulkan dan mengolah data dan informasi dari sumber literatur buku-buku kepemimpinan dan jurnal serta yang berkaitan dengan revolusi industri 4.0, menganalisa kembali serta hasilnya disusun dalam bentuk deskriptif dan sistematis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan masukan ide atau gagasan bagi para pendeta, sehingga dengan bijaksana dan penuh kehati-hatian dapat meresponi kemajuan teknologi di dalam pengembangan kepemimpinannya di era revolusi industri 4.0. Sebagai kesimpulannya, kepemimpinan pendeta di era revolusi industri adalah kepemimpinan yang berbasis karakter Kristus, transformasional, dan adaptif.
