Abstract:Black triangle could become a space for food retention, therefore, it affects gingival health, pronunciation, and appearance of a person, especially if it occurs between the anterior teeth. This condition can be caused by periodontal disease due to poor oral and dental hygiene, abnormal crown shape and morphology, root angulation due to improper bracket placement during orthodontic treatment and others.
