Salah satu penyumbang pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia adalah sektor pariwisata. Menurut asalnya wisatawan dibagi menjadi dua yaitu wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara. The study aims to examine the effect of customer relationship management on marketing performance mediated by market orientation and organizational innovation. The data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 50 MSME respondents in Surabaya. Determination of respondents using the quota sampling method. The variables analyzed are customer relationship management, market orientation, organizational innovation, and marketing performance. The results of the study state that partially, customer relationship management has a significant and positive effect on market orientation, marketing performance, and work innovation; and that market orientation and organizational innovation have a significant and positive effect on marketing performance. Another result obtained is that organizational innovation is proven to be able to mediate the effect of customer relationship management on marketing performance. Market orientation is also proven to be able to mediate customer relationship management on marketing performance.

Stock is one of the instruments that can be used to invest. The factors suspected of influencing the fluctuations in the stock price index are the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), the rupiah exchange rate, and the Covid-19. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the JCI, the rupiah exchange rate, and the Covid-19 on the Jatim Bank stock price index. To analyze the effect of the JCI, the rupiah exchange rate, and the Covid-19 on the Jatim Bank stock price index, time series regression analysis was used. The results of the analysis show that the JCI, the rupiah exchange rate, and the Covid-19 have a significant effect on the Jatim Bank stock price index. The p-value of the three variables is less than 0.05. The value of the determination coefficient is 65.56%, so that the diversity of the dependent variable that can be explained by the model is 65.56%.

<p align="justify">This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership supervision, SOP compliance and work environment on employee safety with work discipline as an intervening variable. The independent variables of this research are leadership supervision, SOP compliance, and work environment. The intervening variable is work discipline and the dependent variable is work safety. The data used in this study were sourced from the perceptions of employees of PT. Mainstay Agro. The sampling technique used in this research is using random sampling method. To determine the sample size, the Solvin formula is used and so that the obtained sample size of 205 employees. To answer the research objectives, an analytical method is used, namely SEM PLS. The results of the study showed that leadership supervision, SOP compliance, work environment, and work discipline had a significant effect on work safety. In addition, this study also proves that leadership supervision, SOP compliance, and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline, so that the indirect effect test concludes that work discipline is able to mediate the influence of leadership supervision, SOP compliance, and work environment on work safety.</p><p><strong>Key words:</strong> Leadership Supervision, SOP Compliance, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Safety</p>
