Pemodelan Laju Respirasi Buah Kolang-kaling (Arenga pinnata) pada Penyimpanan Modified Atmospheric Packaging (MAP)

Abstract: Buah kolang-kaling (Arenga pinata) merupakan buah tropis yang yang penanganan pascapanen dan penyimpanannya masih menggunakan cara tradisional. Hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam distribusi pemasaran.
