Abstract:The concept of the Coincidentia Oppositorum is a major theme in the thinking of Nicholas of Cusa. Cusa's thinking has undergone several changes in several of his works, in connection with the influences of negative theology, humanism, scholasticism, nominalism, and the philosophy of Neo-Platonism.
