Traffic signs are part of road equipment that is very important for motorists because they can provide direction while on the highway, and if there is damage, repair or replacement must be carried out immediately because it can cause traffic accidents. Data collection for damaged traffic signs is still done using the manual method, so it takes a long time. Therefore, a web-and android-based application was designed that implements the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm in determining the priority of repair or replacement of traffic signs on the route of South Sulawesi Province. As a result of this research, the public can report the type of damage and its location via Android, and then the officer processes the data so that it displays the type of damage that is a priority for repair or replacement. Implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process algorithm into the application for prioritization of traffic sign improvement using two (two) web-based and Android platforms. System design using UML produces use cases (2 actors, admin, and user) and class diagrams (15 admin classes and 4 user classes). The black box used as a test produced 40 modules, of which all were in line with expectations.

Pemerintah Kota Surabaya berupaya menanggulangi kemacetan yang ada dengan menyediakan BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) yang dikenal dengan Suroboyo Bus. Pengalihan rute dari Suroboyo Bus kepada BRT lain, menyebabkan banyaknya keluhan oleh pengguna yang meminta penambahan rute di ruas-ruas jalan di Kota Surabaya, agar integrasi rute dan tarif dapat diberlakukan. Berpijak pada permasalahan diatas, maka penelitian mengenai pemetaan origin destination penumpang Suroboyo Bus berbasis web, penting dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum pola sebaran perjalanan penumpang yang divisualisasikan menggunakan peta digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah passenger interview dengan sampel 100 responden pada Suroboyo Bus Koridor U-S (Purabaya-Rajawali), dan 98 responden pada Koridor TIJ (Terminal Intermoda Joyoboyo-Terminal Osowilangun), dengan pengolahan Matriks Asal Tujuan (MAT), dan pemetaan menggunakan ArcGIS Online hingga menghasilkan web app map. Hasil penelitian dapat disampaikan bahwa origin destination penumpang Suroboyo Bus ditinjau secara umum melalui moda dan jarak tempuh pada masing-masing koridor, menunjukkan fenomena lokasi asal dan tujuan yang paling diminati, sehingga dapat diperoleh rencana pengembangan rute sebagai upaya optimalisasi kinerja Suroboyo Bus, disarankan pada koridor U-S adalah; Sukodono-Taman-Sepanjang-Waru -Wonokromo -Genteng -Tegalsari – Bubutan – Krembangan – Pabean Cantian, dan pada koridor TIJ adalah; Gedangan – Waru – Wiyung – Lakarsantri – Tandes – Benowo.

In the field of road traffic and transportation, road inventory activities are needed to monitor or monitor the condition of road equipment. The proper data collection will facilitate evaluation and supervision by managers or supervisors of traffic and road transportation. The data collection of road equipment inventory data can be compiled manually or electronically, which is integrated with the road equipment information system. One of the electronic data collections is by utilizing QGIS, which is one part of the Geographic Information System (GIS). This study aims to measure the effectiveness of using QGIS in making road equipment inventory maps using survey data and questionnaires to determine the difference between manual inventory data collection and WebGIS-based inventory data collection. Data analysis used SPSS calculation to test data validity, reliability, normality, Wilcoxon test and N-Gain Score test. From this data, it is found that the use of QGIS in road equipment inventory mapping has an average effectiveness of 60.26%, with the interpretation criteria being quite effective.
