Pemanfaatan Limbah Biji Alpukat (Persea americana) sebagai Bahan Baku Biodiesel

Abstract: Biji alpukat merupakan limbah pangan yang mengandung minyak nabati. Salah satu pemanfaatan minyak nabati adalah biodiesel. Biodiesel dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bakar alternatif yang ramah lingkungan dikarenakan dapat menurunkan emisi jika dibandingkan dengan minyak diesel.
