Employee performance can go up and down without realizing it because of an understanding of the concept of performance and concern for the achievement of underperformance. Poor performance decreases productivity and if left unchecked, employees can be judged as not credible in carrying out their work. The Organization has not paid attention to these employee performance issues because there is no reporting system that allows employees to track the ups and downs of performance based on their operations (productivity). The Clockify app as a daily operational tool cannot be used as a benchmark for performance improvement or decrease, so it does not offer any real motivation for employees to gradually improve. Quantitative data analysis was carried out based on informant interviews, employee observations of Clockify, and studies of Clockify output documents themselves. This research aims to identify the problem and develop a system to solve it. It is a system to complement Clockify's capabilities in visualizing employee performance and preventing continuous decline due to unconsciousness. Build an employee productivity reporting system using Google Apps Script, Telegram Bot, and Clockify to present productivity reports in a graphical representation instantly and systematically, helping employees see performance as an increase and decrease and preventing continuous decline with a productivity analyzer service that calculates employee productivity based on a quantity of daily work that can be tracked and accounted for accuracy

In the current era of globalization, people's needs for information technology are increasing. This can be seen from the community's behavior in responding to various events that occur, especially during the current pandemic. Many large companies make it easy for people to connect through social media. One of the social media available is a telegram. Educational institutions also use Telegram as a means of information and education. Besides that, telegram bots also play an important role in answering common questions that are often developed so that institutions do not need to answer them manually. The method used is RAD (Rapid Application Development) and black box testing by utilizing microservices to manage digital E-Portfolio documents used by students to support learning activities. Using the telegram bot makes it easier for students to upload digital documents to the e-Portfolio platform. Moreover, utilizing the microservice architecture can reduce the server load when accessed simultaneously and is more secure because the database layer is separate from the interface layer accessed by the user.

Praktik industri (PI) dan Skripsi merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang dijalani oleh mahasiswa Teknik Informatika Unesa. PI dan skripsi memiliki beberapa dokumen yang perlu dibuat dan didaftarkan agar mata kuliah bisa diselesaikan, namun saat ini tidak adanya media utama yang memberikan informasi ataupun dokumen yang berkaitan dengan mata kuliah tersebut membuat beberapa mahasiswa sedikit kesulitan untuk mencari informasi terkait. Biasanya mahasiswa mencari informasi terkait PI dan skripsi melalui kakak tingkat yang sudah pernah melaksanakan mata kuliah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem pesan otomatis (auto response messages) menggunakan telegram bot yang akan dijadikan sebagai aplikasi pesan utama dengan menggunakan metode webhook yang berfungsi sebagai penyambung antara server telegram dan server bot yang nantinya akan membuat bot mampu berjalan secara otomatis dalam waktu 24 jam penuh. File dokumen pendukung PI dan skripsi dijadikan satu oleh peneliti dalam sebuah folder pada google drive yang nantinya akan diambil link nya untuk dimasukkan kedalam kode untuk dipanggil saat pengguna memilih menu mata kuliah yang dibuat. Lalu penggunaan model seperti classification dan similarity word juga akan diadaptasikan terhadap bot. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pengaplikasian sistem pesan otomatis (auto response messages) melalui bot telegram sudah berhasil dibuat menggunakan metode webhook dan hasil simulasi menjukkan bahwa bot yang telah dibuat mampu memberikan respon secara otomatis dalam mencari dokumen terkait mata kuliah praktik industri dan skripsi dikarenakan metode webhook yang sudah berhasil dicek dan diset pada server. File dokumen yang dibutuhkan sudah diorganisir menjadi beberapa folder yang sudah diberi nama sesuai pada google drive. Bot juga mampu digunakan oleh beberapa perangkat sekaligus tanpa mengalami delay ataupun crash pada server. Model yang digunakan seperti classification dan similarity word pun mampu diterapkan dengan baik pada bot.
