Pelatihan Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogi Pengawas Lembaga TA/RA di Lingkungan Kementerian Agama

Abstract

If supervisors in the Ministry of Religion are compared to supervisors within the Ministry of Education and Culture, supervisors only train at the TK level and develop non-formal PAUD / TK. The results of the interim mapping, the level of supervisory qualifications in the Ministry of Religion is still 5 percent who have completed studies at Postgraduate, and 70 percent of the number of supervisors have aged over 55 years. Under these conditions, it can be ensured that the heavy workload and supervisory function cannot be carried out optimally. This condition will be more severe when the supervisors do not update competency so that they will tend to reduce competence and have implications for the achievement of the quality of educational institutions. Supervisors in Malang regency really need knowledge about the importance of pedagogical concepts in order to be able to apply from the basic to the complex, besides RA / TA supervisors in the Ministry of Religion in Malang also need a breakthrough through current technological developments, namely by using data storage through online media that is Google Drive without having to rely on flasdisk which is still online. That is in order to follow developments in order to be able to compete in the global world.Terdapat beragam perbedaan antara pengewas di lingkungan kemenag dan kemdikbud. Pengawas pada Kemendikbud, biasanya hanya membina setingkat TK dan membina Paud/TK non formal. Sementara itu pengawas di Kemenag mengawas bisa lebih dari satu sekolah. Hasil pemetaan sementara, tingkat kualifikasi pengawas di lingkungan Kemenag, terdapat 5 persen yang sudah menyelesaikan studi di Pascasarjana, dan 70 persen dari jumlah tenaga pengawas telah berusia diatas 55 tahun. Dengan kondisi tersebut, dapat dipastikan bahwa beratnya beban tugas dan fungsi melakukan pengawasan tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Kondisi ini akan lebih berat ketika para pengawas kurang up date kompetensi sehingga akan cenderung menurunkan kompetensi dan berimplikasi pada ketercapaian mutu lembaga pendidikan. Pengawas di kabupaten malang sangat memerlukan pengetahuan tentang pentingya konsep pedagogi agar dapat menerapkan mulai dari yang dasar hingga ke yang kompleks, selain itu pengawas RA/TA di lingkungan Kemenag Kabupaten Malang juga memerlukan suatu terobosan melalui perkembangan teknologi saat ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan penyimpanan data melalui media online yaitu Google Drive tanpa harus mengandalkan flasdisk yang sifatnya masih online. Hal itu guna mengikuti perkembangan agar mampu bersaing dalam dunia global.
