Abstract: Remaja berusia 13-15 tahun merupakan kelompok penduduk tertinggi di Kecamatan Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Namun, kelompok remaja belum memahami pentingnya pemantauan status gizi secara rutin dan berkala.
