We analyzed published tumor transcriptome data in conjunction with linked survival data to identify genes linked with breast cancer survival outcomes (1, 2). When comparing tumor transcriptomes based on 24-month survival, we discovered that the zinc-finger protein X-linked ZFX (3, 4) was among the most differentially expressed genes in both original and metastatic tumor tissues. ZFX expression was considerably enhanced in metastatic tumors of patients who survived more than 24 months, indicating that enhanced ZFX expression offers a survival advantage for patients with stage IV metastatic breast cancer.

Microblogging today has gotten an acclaimed specific instrument amongNeuroblastoma is a sympathetic nervous system disease in children and is themost prevalent solid tumor in childhood, accounting for 15% of all pediatriconcology deaths. Nearly 80% of patients with this clinically active condition donot react to current treatments in the long run. The precise portrayal of tumorbiology and diversity is the key obstacle in the discovery and evaluation ofnovel agents for pediatric drug growth. In addition to this restriction, the lowprevalence of neuroblastoma renders it difficult to enroll qualifying patientsfor early phase clinical trials, emphasizing the importance of thoroughpreclinical studies to ensure that the right drugs are chosen. To address theseissues, researchers need new preclinical models, technologies, and principles.Tissue engineering provides appealing methods for developing threedimensional(3D) cell models utilizing different biomaterials andmanufacturing techniques that replicate the geometry, dynamics,heterogeneity, metabolic gradients, and cell connectivity of the native tumormicroenvironment. We address existing laboratory models and evaluate theirability to reflect the systemic organization and physiological conditions of thehuman body, as well as current and emerging strategies to recapitulate thetumor niche utilizing tissue-engineered platforms in this study. Finally, we'lltalk about how innovative 3Din vitroculture systems might be used to answerunanswered questions in neuroblastoma biology.

Association rules are commonly used to provide decision‐makers with knowledge that helps them to make good decisions. Most of the published proposals mine association rules without paying particular attention to temporal information. However, in real‐life applications data usually change over time or presenting different temporal situations. Therefore, the extracted knowledge may not be useful, since we may not know whether the rules are currently applicable or whether they will be applicable in the future. For this reason, in recent years, many methods have been proposed in the literature for mining temporal association rules, which introduce a greater predictive and descriptive power providing an additional degree of interestingness. One of the main problems in this research field is the lack of visibility most works suffer since there is no standard terminology to refer to it, making it difficult to find and compare proposals and studies in the field. This contribution attempts to offer a well‐defined framework that allows researchers both to easily locate the previous proposals and to propose well‐grounded methods in the future. To accomplish both objectives, a two‐level taxonomy is proposed according to whether the time variable is considered to provide order to the data collection and to locate some temporal constraints, or whether it is considered as an attribute within the learning process. Some recent applications, available software tools, and a bibliographical analysis in accordance with the Web of Science are also shown.
