Pediatric pancreatitis.Evidence based management guidelines of the Hungarian Pancreatic Study Group

Abstract: A hasnyálmirigy gyulladásos megbetegedése gyermekkorban ritka és etiológiája változatos. Az utóbbi 10-15 évben a gyermekkori pancreatitisek gyakorisága növekedést mutatott világszerte. A betegség korszerű és bizonyítékokon alapuló kezelési útmutatót igényel.
