“…In the United States, the National Physicians Cooperative (NPC), which is part of the Oncofertility Consortium, is a nationwide infrastructure of clinical and allied sites committed to providing personalized fertility preservation care (Gracia and Woodruff 2012, Gracia, et al 2012) (http://www.oncofertility.northwestern.edu/health-professionals/npc-membership-info-and-npc-resources). Several NPC sites offer OTC under institutional review board (IRB)-approved protocols, and the number of OTC cases reported through the NPC has increased steadily in the past decade (Duncan, et al 2015).
