Peculiarities of the Chemical Composition of Kohlrabi Varieties Cultivated in Ukraine

Abstract: The paper presents the results of experimental research on the peculiarities of the chemical composition of kohlrabi varieties 'Azur', 'Videnska Synia', 'Videnska Bila' and 'Hihant' cultivated in field conditions in the Forest Steppe of Ukraine.
