Peculiarities of Destruction of Soil Clumps on Surveying Separators of Potato Carrier Machines

Abstract: The article describes the process of destruction of soil lumps on sifting separators of potato harvesters, based on the theory of low-cycle fatigue strength, based on the position that the destruction occurs as a result of the presence of initial defects and consists in the nucleation and development of cracks present in the body.
