Pearls & Oy-sters: Neuro-Sweet disease presenting as ischemic stroke and aseptic meningitis

Abstract: Neuro-Sweet disease (NSD) should be considered in any patient with a history of Sweet syndrome who presents with neurologic symptoms.c Cerebral infarction can be a manifestation of NSD and may be accompanied by a neutrophilic pleocytosis. c NSD and its relapses may occur without any dermatologic findings.
