PDA Watch for mobile surveillance services

Abstract: Delivering real-time surveillance services to handheld devices over the Internet is an interesting application in the mobile environment. Developing such system needs tackle considerable design challenges including device downsides, platform heterogeneity and bandwidth limitation.
