Pattern Recognition System for Focal Liver Lesions Using “Crisp” and “Fuzzy” Classifiers

Abstract: The system demonstrated a diagnostic accuracy comparable to human observers. Further improvement with increasing numbers of typical computed tomographic series for training of the classifier can be expected.
