Patient Satisfaction With Nurse-Led Telephone Follow-up in an Ambulatory Setting

Abstract: Patient satisfaction was high for nurse telephone follow-up to replace in-office visits for selected diagnoses. This care strategy deserves further consideration for reimbursement purposes as health care evolves.
