Patient Safety Goals’ Level of Attainment in Selected Tertiary Hospitals in Manila, Philippines: A Preliminary Study

Abstract: Background: Continuous efforts in the implementation of the National Patient Safety Goals (PSG) as a framework to guide the service providers have been made.
