Patient safety culture among nurses working in Palestinian governmental hospital: a pathway to a new policy

Abstract: Background Providing safe care helps to reduce mortality, morbidity, length of hospital stay and cost. Patient safety is highly linked to attitudes of health care providers, where those with more positive attitudes achieve higher degrees of patient safety.
